Spaced Interval Repetition Technique

Based on over a century of research, the Spaced Interval Repetition technique is a memorization technique largely developed in the 1960’s and is a phenomenal way of learning and remembering vast amounts of information very efficiently. The basic premise behind spaced interval repetition is that you spend a little bit of time rehearsing (e.g., learning) information at strategic times, which is a much more efficient way of learning than simple repeated drill-and-practice or “cramming.” Learn more about the Spaced Interval Repetition technique (pdf).
